Attorney Devin Coyle
A determined advocate, Mr. Coyle has represented clients before a wide range of adjudicative forums including the United States District Courts, California Superior Courts, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and California's Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH), among others. Mr. Coyle has helped thousands of clients obtain relief after being wronged by their employers, playing a key role in obtaining millions of dollars for employees across the state.
Before founding Workers' Counsel, Mr. Coyle practiced with the Los Angeles, California, office of Ackermann & Tilajef, P.C., where he worked on numerous multi-plaintiff, class and collective actions involving discrimination, harassment and other violations of state and federal laws. Previously, Mr. Coyle clerked with the San Francisco Public Defender's Office and the Washington, D.C. office of the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Inc.
Mr. Coyle is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association and the State Bar of California's Labor and Employment Law Section.
After graduating from Georgetown University and before law school, Mr. Coyle was a tennis coach, a youth arts instructor, and a criminal investigator at The Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia.
